• If a refund is approved, you agree to deactivate and remove the template from your website.
• Refunds are granted at our sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
• For annual subscriptions, refund requests must be made before the renewal date.

Ineligibility Conditions for Refund:

• Changing your mind after purchase or deciding not to use the template.
• If the template does not meet your personal expectations.
• Purchases made by mistake or due to misunderstanding.
• Lack of technical knowledge required to use the template properly.
• Failure to provide enough details or evidence to support your refund request.
• Loss of access to the template because you did not download or save it in time.
• Annual subscriptions are non-refundable if the request is made after the renewal has been processed automatically.

By purchasing a template or service from WebDesignOptimal, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy. You also waive any rights to dispute this policy or initiate legal action related to it.

Please note that we are not responsible for any currency exchange differences that may occur between the date of purchase and the date of refund.
